Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are applicable to the gift cards ordered and bought from the homepage of A&S Restaurants (Russian Room Oy Ltd, VAT number 0930206-4. The terms and conditions include information of prices, delivery, payment methods, using the gift card, validity of the gift card and rights to cancel the purchase. By purchasing the gift card the customer accepts these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.
PRICES
The prices informed in the gift card shop and marked in the gift card are in euros (€). The purchase price of the gift card does not include VAT (VAT 0 %) because the obligation to pay VAT occurs only when using the gift card as the means of payment.
DELIVERY
The gift card can be ordered and purchased from the gift card shop on A&S Restaurants’ homepage.
Via this page you can buy one or multiple gift cards. Gift cards can be downloaded and printed from the download link given after a successful payment. Before downloading the gift card it is possible to add the name of the receiver in the gift card. The download link is sent after the payment also to the given e-mail address together with confirmation and receipt of the payment.
PAYMENT METHODS
Gift cards are paid upon ordering via payment service provider Paytrail.
Payment via Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
Paytrail operates using Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard payments. The agreement is made with the seller of the product and the purchase is made between the customer and Paytrail Plc. The seller is liable for all obligations related to the transaction.
Online Banking
In the gift shop it is possible to pay via following online banks: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Lähitapiola, Aktia, POP Pankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken.
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a payment service provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail carries out the payment mediation service related to online banking in cooperation with the Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the consumer, the service works exactly as traditional online payments.

USING AND VALIDITY OF THE GIFT CARD
Gift card can be used in all A&S Restaurants for food and beverages. The gift card or the number of the gift card must be presented at the restaurant latest when making the payment. We recommend to reserve a table beforehand and to mention about the gift card when making the reservation. The gift card is valid one (1) year from the purchase date mentioned in the gift card. The gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Upon redemption any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. Unused gift card is not refunded or credited after expiration date.
CANCELLATION
The purchaser of the gift card is entitled to cancel your transaction within fourteen (14) days of the date of the purchase. The purchaser is not entitled to cancellation if the gift card has been used. To cancel the purchase please contact A&S Sales Office tel. +358 9 7425 5505 or sales@asrestaurants.com and inform the purchase date and the number of the gift card. A&S Restaurants will refund the purchase sum to the given bank account within one (1) month of the cancellation.
PRIVACY POLICY
Any and all the information collected in the gift card shop will be kept confidential and used only within A&S Restaurants. Information will not be sold or forwarded to any third parties. A&S Restaurants may use information given in the purchase process for marketing purposes, if the purchaser has given permission when ordering the gift card.
FORCE MAJEURE
A&S Restaurant is not liable for failure or delay caused by force majeure, an unpredictable matter or change in the circumstance which is beyond its reasonable control or could not have reasonably been foreseen, avoided or overcome.
